Care Instructions To Support Longer Longevity:

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
In the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Non-Refundable Situations:
Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for:
*Wigs that have been worn, installed, cut, colored, altered, or styled
*Items returned without original packaging
*Delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control
*Buyer’s remorse or incorrect selections
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier.
Chargebacks:
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will be investigated thoroughly. Orders associated with fraudulent disputes may result in order cancellation and restriction from future purchases.
Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery will take approximately 5-8 business days after the order has been shipped. For raw hair, approximately 3 weeks.
